Ordering Process, for a custom Jersey

Step 1, your initial enquiry

Contact us with a brief description of your requirements. We will then help you draft your design. We will reply with full quote and details within a day. Our pricing is simple - we charge the same amount for long and short sleeve cycle or freeride/downhill jerseys.

Step 2, agree design and get a sample

We will help with your design ideas, logos and colours with jersey styles required. We will get straight back to you with any questions prior to working on the design. The design will be emailed to you to confirm it looks the way you want it, and once you are happy we will post a miniature of the design on fabric for final colour and design approval. Allow a week for this process as we may require more information.

Step 3, delivery

On approval of design the order should be with you within 3-4 weeks. This will not stretch out to 2 and 3 months. Delivery is normally made by courier and will require a signature.

We may request either 50% deposit or payment card as security with the order once you are happy to go ahead, and the balance a week or so after delivery.
